About Dinning Appraisals

Bob Dinning is a generally certified appraiser (and former real estate broker) performing residential and commercial appraisals - with 22 years in San Juan County.

In 1976, Bob Dinning purchased his first investment property, and became a real estate broker in New Mexico. In 1987, Bob decided he preferred the more technical side of the business and started as a residential appraiser in the late 1980's,  adding the commercial certification in 1995.
 
In 2005,  the company expanded. Bob's daughter Melissa, a certified residential appraiser, joined.

Dinning Appraisals offers FHA Appraisals, Conventional Appraisals, Eminent Domain Appraisals, Condemnation Appraisals, Estate Appraisals, Land, Farm and Ranch Appraisals, Easement Appraisals, and Well Site Appraisals as well as other residential and commericial appraisal services.

Serving Northwest New Mexico, Dinning Appraisals services San Juan County and McKinley County, New Mexico, including Farmington, Bloomfield, Aztec, Kirtland, La Plata, and Gallup.

Dinning Appraisals is a member of the Economic Relocation Council and works with numerous relocation companies.
